SHIPPING & DISPATCH

We realise that offering quality products at economical prices doesn’t count for much if you don’t have your product when you need it. At Building Products Direct we’ve invested heavily in our fulfilment systems, ensuring we can offer you the service you expect to help ensure you get the job done.

Where do we ship?

We ship across Australia and aim for same day dispatch on all in stock goods. Unfortunately, due to the bulky nature of many of our products we can’t offer free freight, your freight charge will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping times are outlined below. Please be aware that the delivery time frame may vary according to the area of delivery – these times are estimates only:

Melbourne / Adelaide / Sydney / Canberra metro areas: 1-2 business days
Brisbane metro and regional VIC / NSW / SA / ACT: 2-3 business days
Regional Queensland, TAS / WA and NT: 4-6 business days

Orders will be fulfilled from the nearest warehouse with the purchased product in stock. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the courier and a tracking reference.

If you wish for your order to be left without a signature, please make note of this at checkout. If a request is made for your goods to be left unattended, Building Products Direct will not be held responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.

Picking up your order

Unfortunately, we can only offer limited customer pickup at this time. We source our products from suppliers across the country to offer you the highest quality at the lowest possible prices, however, this means we don’t operate a central facility which allows customer collection. If your product is located in a warehouse close to you, pickup will be offered as an option at checkout.
